About
A media practice inside a small studio
Black Arrow is the media practice of Performance Marketing FZCO. Paid placement and creative production, kept deliberately small so the people buying are the people looking at the reports.
How it is structured
No account management layer. The person who builds the buy is the person who reviews the placement report and the person who talks to you about it. That constrains how many engagements we take, which is the intended effect.
What we do
- Media planning and buying across social, search, native and programmatic display.
- Creative production for those placements — the formats each channel actually rewards, not one asset resized.
- Placement and brand safety management as an ongoing weekly activity.
- Measurement reconciled to the client's own records.
Who this suits
Businesses spending enough that placement quality is material, with a product that works and a sale that repeats, and a willingness to let measurement contradict the plan. The last one matters more than the budget.
Who it does not
Anyone wanting a guaranteed cost per acquisition, anyone whose claims cannot be substantiated, and anyone who needs the reporting to look a particular way. We would rather decline at the first call than deliver that.
On our own site
There are no client logos here and no percentage figures detached from context. The reasoning is on the measurement page: an agency cannot credibly hold your marketing to a standard its own marketing does not meet.
